checked vacuum solenoid pipes are ok
any thing to do with egr ?

Could be the egr valve is stuck open. you could try cleaning it and check intercooler pipe is not split also

If it's badly coked up you are better to remove it to do the job right but you can buy cleaner like this if you want to try that
