2012 Ford Mondeo droning noise
Year: 2012
Variant: 2.0 tdci 165
Same as the previous one, droning can't pinpoint it, left and right turns are ok, fast bends ok, steering and braking smooth, noise apparent from 15-18 mph and increases in volume and frequency with speed. Acceleration and braking doesn't make any difference rear wheel bearings are new and haven't made any difference

Probably front wheel bearings .

Thanks for you're reply, yes I've checked the front end and found a roughness in the n/s,o/s is fine, so hopfully get it sorted next week.

Might be worth your while doing both o/s and n/s bearings and then that's them all covered and should be trouble free for a good few years .
