I have an offside brake light not working, changed bulb and still not working.

I have a few unusual faults.
The car cigarette lighter points keep blowing a fuse after changing fuse pretty much straight away while using to charge a phone they blow. Also I have an engine malfunction come on screen which causes car to limp mode slightly.
This clears when I switch engine off and on there's also a red warning symbol on dash that's the cruise control symbol.

You really need to scan for fault codes .
