Lost power lumpy engine

Over 2 days started to loose power eventually stopped now stats runs 10 seconds sounds like running on 3 maybe 2 cylinder lots of black smoke in 2 days power loss now lots of white smoke when trying to run. 2ltr tdci

When was fuel filter last changed ? Might be a starting point for fixing .
