2004 Ford Mondeo revs erraticlly

changed cps and wiring , took for test drive heater plug light started flashing as before and got loss of power ,switched off started ok then seemed fine on another test drive but now it's reving erraticlly , only get plug light flashing and loss of power when driving under load not when just reving the engine thanks for all your help so far. cheers paul

have you checked all vacuum and suction pipes ?
