2001 Ford Mondeo wont run propaly
Year: 2001
Variant: 1.8 mondeo zetec petrol
changed petrol pump in tank run for 30 secs on tick over but wont rev up just splutering any ideas thanks

Why was the fuel pump changed ? Have you checked that it's firing on all cyls ?

started then stoped would not fire at all called out aa squirte fluid into intake itfired fuses ok tsaid it was the pump changed it pushing plenty petrol through but wont run right

Have you checked that it's firing on all cyls ? You will have to check you are getting spark to each plug / cyl . Also plugs will probably be wet .
