Wont turn ignition off

When I press the power button the engine stops and ford sign lights up on dash.
Then the ignition comes straight back on. If I then press the brake pedal the ignition goes out but comes back on when brake is released. I cannot lock the car with key fob so have to keep disconnecting the battery and manually lock the car.
sometimes a message on the dash reads mobiliser fault.
