2006 Ford Mondeo abs

Turn the car over and the ABS warning light goes off as it should, but when braking the car feels like its braking under ABS action. After a couple of minutes the ABS light comes on and the Braking is normal. Has anyone got any ideas?

Really need to get it scanned , otherwise guessing .Could try spraying ABS sensors with cleaner in case some dirt cutting down air gap .
