2000 Ford Mondeo rear windscreen wiper stuck in on position.

Initially rear windscreen wiper would not turn on, now it will not turn off. The "skoosher" is working ok however. Assume the problem to be a switch/fuse but dont have manual to determine which needs replacing. Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.

Check wiring at hinge ,you will have to open it up,maybe not getting the correct signal to park,you could start at the motor itself and see what signal you are getting to switch the motor ,finally if all wiring is correct then possibly motor is faulty.
