1997 Ford Mondeo knock from front cylinder head

hi I have a 97 Mondeo with the duratec 2.5 v6 the other day while driving it developed a knockinh from the front cylinder bank oil lever is fine not driven since any ideas had a couple of people and listen and its def in the front bank and not a heat shield loose

Common fault from what I can find is head gasket leaking due to thin engine block wall, have a read here see if its anythinglime this mate.
Other than that I would personally suggest checking manifold gasket.

Seems lime a good forum too may be more help there to solve your issue
