2001 Ford Mondeo interior swap from cloth to leather

hello, looking for some help, I bought a s/h leather interior for my mondeo and the rear seats were a straight forward swap, job done. The driver and passenger seats are causing a headache, on the cloth seats the only part that moves is the base of the seat but with the leather seats base and backs move, anyway yesterday I took out passenger seat and the wiring is a little different, the plastic block which houses the wiring fits but the colour coding of wires and connections dont line up, what I need to know is which wires go where so the leather seats work, can anyone help please, thank you.
