I have had this car for 1 year. Twice in that time I have locked the car with the remote and when I have returned, all the windows are down. This has only occurred twice but it is a bit disconcerting to return to an open car. Any suggestions as to the cause. The car is still within its 3 year warranty.

Seen that happen with Vauxhall / GM cars and was caused by a low car battery .

The menu in your car is set to what,s called global opening you need to go in to your vehicle menu and set this up to stop this happening,it will tell you how to in your handbook.
