nearside rear door won't open rear door handle is also broken and won't open from the inside.

You will need to remove the dr.panel from the inside ,you should get it off ok without damage ,Then gain access to the motor and open it manually ,Then you will be able to check the wiring for signals,to determine if it,s a feed or motor issue.
