1995 Ford Mondeo central locking problem

i can not lock my car the only way i can do it is to take the fuse out with the fuse in the central locking will not work the handle inside the car in and out on the driver side and passager side to when i turn the key but if you push both the handles in side it works they say in the book there are relays in the doors but were ?

how do you open a o/s/r door with the motor off and you can not open it from inside or outside plz help

how do i remove the door catch with the door closed on the o/s/r can any one help and i can not open it
