Check front and rear susp drop link arms .

Could be anti roll bar links. Also the reason they dont knock in snow or rain is because their wet and it acts a kind of lubricant till dry again. I had the same on my Terrano. Not too expensive on mine so should be for yours.

Also prone for front bushing,s in rear arm,s bonding fails and causes knock.
