2000 Ford Mondeo oil in exhaust

my mondeo is burning some oil the oil un the engine is ok but it is still in the exhaust and it smokes a bit when the car get warm can i addive in the engine or not ?

Sounds like the piston rings or valve stem seals are on the way out...
