2003 Ford Mondeo dash clocks not working

speed and rev clock not working oil light on put it on a computer oil is perfect. changed dash clock unit and it worked for a few hours now back to square one again its like a faulty wire any recomendations ??>?

There is a test which you can try; have the car switched off with key in the ignition, hold your finger on the sicking out button on the speed side of the dials, while doing this switch the ignition on, still holding the button. The dials will now go into a self test mode, testing all dials and lights. This will also display any fault codes. Hope this helps
