2003 Ford Mondeo dashboard instruments not working

All the dials including speedo, temp gauge, rev counter and fuel gauge not working. Also the oil pressure light and washer bottle lights are constantly on. This all seemed to occur when i filled the washer bottle last week. Checked all fuses but can't see anything wrong. Any ideas???
