as of yet no prblems had car 3 months but no fan belt changed or new clutch fitted milage 92000+ how long is the estimated life of same

Almost sure that car has a timing chain and not a timing belt as suggested . At that mileage it would be a good idea to replace fanbelt .If no clutch judder or signs of slipping , wouldn't bother about doing anything with clutch .
