Car wont start

car wont start have had lot of work done on engine egr valve cleaned blocked off reason blowing smoke this cured it inlet maniflod gasket replaced fuel tank allways full seams to be when temp falls below 7 degrees it wont start anything over 8degrees its o k it starts with difficulty if i spray easy start in the air intake had mk 2 mondeo before this never a days trouble.

Have you considerd the glow plugs?
Diesel's require heat and compression to ignite.
Also be carefull with easy start on a diesel engine as it robs the cylinders of upper cylinder lubricant regardless of what it says on the tin and can cause mechanical problems eg cracked piston ring's
