2002 Ford Mondeo middle rear seat belt stuck

the rear middle seat belt is stuck and wont budge.was wondering how u get to it as its inside the back of the rear seat.any help would be appreciated here !!!

Try this ,
" The seatbelt won't work unless the seat is fully on the catch and you have to properly slam the seat back onto the second catch to make the seat belt work, the seat catch is in two stages and you need to make sure it's on the 2nd catch. "

This is a common prob the quickest way too cure it unlock seat (pull it down flat) then with as much force as you can slam it back into place works every time for me
