1995 Ford Mondeo electric radiater fan keeps blowing fuses

The radiator fan does not work and when i replace the blown fuse it blows again straight away.

sounds like fan is dead short or seized remove fan from car ,can you rotate fan if its stiff bin it and fit another loads down the scrapyard
