1997 Ford Mondeo bubbles in expansion tank

have discovered bubbles in coolant in expansion tank, changed head gasket, water pump and radiator (all new parts) bubbles still evident, used block tester no colour change in fluid indicating products of combustion not evident, no idea what to do next

HELLO GOLFER! is the car overheating.If so then the cylinder head has to be skimmed and checked for cracks. l am a mechanic and if you had come to me l would have told you that is standard procedure skim &check also when tightening down did you use the correct tighten down sequence and the right torque setting. if it doesn't over heat.Remove cap (when cold) let the engine get warm slack off top heater hose under bonnet and let the water bubble out without taking off hose wear a glove it gets hot. keep water standing by to top up rad.But if it does overheat then its skim & check and do it again.

If you've done the block test and that is clear , then head and gasket o.k . Try bleeding cooling system .
