If car was starting o.k before they worked on wiring and relays , you have to think they have caused this fault ? Does the car have a starter / ignition relay and is this o.k .Was it an auto electrician who checked out and repaired car or just a mechanic as some garages dont have any ? You would think they would be able to diagnose the starting fault . Might be better to get another auto electrician more experienced / qualified on your car to check it out .
