Overheating

Help my engine keeps overheating and the cooling fan stays on even when the engine is off - sometimes for about 10-15 mins. The heater/cooler in the car will only work on the highest setting. How can this be fixed.

make sure you have a new thermostat ,and water will circulate when is hot, inside the car need a blower resistor
