2003 Ford Focus fault codes b1601 and p1664

P1664 FIP (Fuel Injection Pump) malfunction (possible air ingress in low pressure fuel side)

The car is not turning over when the key is turned. Would this be because of these codes?

B1601 9601 PATS Received Incorrect Key-Code from Ignition Key Transponder (Unprogrammed Key)

Just on the off chance , you using correct key ?

Or maybe dropped key and chip fell out ?

Using the same key, and dont think it was dropped. Battery was low so booster pack was used to start the car, would this have any impact on it? Does the key need reset, and if so if there any way i can do that myself?

You have lost me now ! So you jump started car and it's o.k now ? Looks like you should get battery tested / charged .

No sorry the car was jump started prior to this, and Im thinking this has messed up the key code, as it wont even turn the crank now. The led is flashing a code 1:5, think the key needs recoded...Any ways of doing this without going to a dealer..?

You will probably need to go to the dealers unfortunately.
