2000 Ford Focus losing power & shuddering

My car is having a couple of problems,when pulling away it is sluggish and shuddering , also losing power between 60-70mph.

give the car a full service if you havnt already had this done but could be the airflow meter and the idle speed control valve that will just need cleaning up with some injector cleaner the aerosol form to remove any carbon deposits that can affect the running of the car and cause uneven running
