2003 Ford Focus dash lights live, but will not turnover

Dash lights are coming on as normal, but when key is turned to start car, there is nothing. Using jump leads or a booster does not solve it. Any ideas? Is it an immobiliser problem, as the battery was low originally? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Checked wiring at starter / solenoid ?

No im goin to look at the starter, but it seems like its electrical. How do I go about checking the solenoid? Could it be burnt out relays?

You need to check with meter / test lamp to see if power there .
