2001 Ford Focus cd not working

keep getting error E4 ANY IDEAS

That is from the Ford fault finding manual, E4 = focus error, CD dirty or upside down, to fix, clean CD or try different CD, if still the same replace radio. Could try a CD lens cleaner .
