worked for ford 5 years is the plug and cable in good order clusters loose lamps and milage read outs not revs or speedo and lamps in cluster stay on more likely to have a rotton feed cable to sensor or and some aftermarket ones can cause faults as well as the ring in the gear box they get the signal off have you had it on ids for a check some code readers only read basic codes in system only fords own ids will read pending and past codes and cluster can be tested on this system sweep test will check it for correct operation worth biteing the bullit and getting a ford dealer tocarry out a full ids check will save you cash in the end
