2008 Ford Focus driver side windows fogging up

Car: Ford Focus
Year: 2008
Variant: 1.6 TDCi Zetec
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Hi,

I have a problem with my windows on the drivers side of the car misting/foggin up as I drive.
I've had a main dealer look at this and they are adamant they can't even get it fault let alone find what they need to fix and that is after 3 extended road tests they have done.
They say they have check the windscreen (which was replaced) and all around the cabin but there is no sign of either cold air or moisture getting in anywhere.

Here's whats happening.
When I set off the windows are clear.
I put the fans on the first setting.
The heat is up as high as it will go.
I have the direction set to a split of feet and windscreen.
After about 10 - 15 minutes, once the engine has warmed up the once clear windows on the drivers side start to cloud up and I have to turn the power on the fans up a notch to at least 2 to get it to start to clear.
There is nothing at all happening on the passenger side of the car at all.
This only seems to happen the weather is cold and damp.

As I said according to the dealer they say that they can't find a fault and hence sort it so I am at a loss as to what might be the issue here.

Could check the pollen filter and carpets up at bulkhead for dampness , also water drains under door .

I got the car back yesterday.
I've been advised they checked all these place for damp, etc. And there are (according to them) no problems. At that time the pollen filter was checked as well.

They say even when they drove it, it wasn't fogging the windows.

Yet when I did my usual drive from Rotherham to Leeds this morning up the M1 it was starting, the drivers window was headed the way of the pitcure and the passenger windows fine. This was even before I got to the motorway.

If I ramp up the blowers a notch it very slowly clears, turn it back down, hey presto the misting returns.

No idea now...
