when I put my front window heater on it only melts half the ice on the window and i mean a perfect half strate down the center off the window.

Is this the Quickclear heated windscreen you are referring to ?

if it is the quickclear windscreen then you will need to get a new screen fitted as too many elements in screen to find and repair break
