55 plate Ford Focus Brake fluid container

Can anybody tell me how I top up brake fluid in a 55 plate Ford Focus. Sounds simple I know but tried everything and can't seem to get into reservoir

Just a case of unscrewing cap on master cyl and topping up .What's the problem you're having .

Ha Ha thanks for that! My problem is getting into the cylinder. Where it is positioned makes it impossible to get fingers onto top of cylinder

Apologies , no offence intended , but I thought the brake master cylinder reservoir was at rear bulkhead on that car and easily accessed .Obviously not if you are having trouble .

you need to remove the scutlle panel,there are screws at each side of the panel and metal clips along the length of the panel,this will give you enough room to lift the panel up to get better access to brake fluid reservoir

Just seen a picture of cyl. / reservoir under scuttle panel , see the problem now . Stupid design / location !!!
