hi i wonder if anybody can help me out, when the car is hot , there is alot of white smoke coming out of exhaust when you revv the car up ,its ok on tickover , the temp is ok , its normal ,its not boiling up, there is quite abit of water and condensation coming out of the exhaust as well any advise would be appreciated thanks

If you get a sniff test ( block test ) it will tell you if head gasket is gone . Possible cause .

hi thanks for the reply , i carnt understand this car at all, the temp is ok its not boiling up ,i have not been able to use it since sunday ,because of all the smoke ,it was that bad , i took a chance tonght taking it out for a good run,went and got some petrol , and then took it down the motorway ,,it is smoking at bit now , but not as bad as it was , will have to check breather pipes etc thanks again

cheak the oilfiller cap if white its the headgaset
