2004 Ford Focus air recirculate flap not operating

Hi.
I am no stranger to fords having worked on them all my life.
My focus tdci sport has been misting up quite badly.
I am aware of the pollen filter and the carpets getting wet, which it isnt but i dropped the glove box down and found the air recirculate flap not operating from the switch.
Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this.

Fault code 00605 refers to Fresh Air Recirculation Flap Two-way Valve -N63 , whether this could be the problem ?
