2002 Ford Focus heated front windscreen not working

The quick clear / heated front windscreen is not working at all and the front wipers do not cancel when switched off.

Wipers could be a faulty relay or wiper motor .For front screen , check fuses , relays and wiring connections at bottom of screen under bulkhead panel .
