2000 Ford Focus knocking on passenger side

ive got a knocking noise on the front passenger side it happens when i turn corners or reverse turning the steering wheel to the left.

If it's a heavy "clicking " noise , probably driveshaft c.v joint .If not , case of checking front susp. for wear on susp.arms ,link arms,bearings etc. etc.
