2000 Ford Focus car judders on hard acceleration

seems to be worse in warmer weather, i have had a look at the spark plugs and all is ok,this problem is intermittant and is only evident when accelerating hard i.e pulling away or when opening the throttle in a high gear at low speed. their is a very faint ticking noise when it does judder! can anyone help?

faulty ignition coil pack!!! replace with GENUINE. aftermarket ones are not as good!!!
