This warning came up as my steering got heavy and the car slowed down , I was doing about 20 miles an hour at the time. ELECTRIC OVERLOAD PLEASE STOP SAFELY

I would get your alternator charging rate checked and possibly battery condition also if needed .

thanks it was a new battery about 6mths ago but ill get the alternator checked .

If the alternator has been over charging it can damage the battery .
