2019 Ford Focus rev matching. how to turn off and on?

Hello, I have a Sept 2019 Focus ST. I believe the car has the Performance Pack option. It has the Track driving mode, launch control, red brake calipers and different coloured ambient lighting, but I can't find the option in the Settings Menu to turn off Rev Matching. Can you help? Not sure what you have in your menu settings on that car but this shows procedure for the Mustang . Might / might not help

Thanks for this but unfortunately the menu on the Focus does not appear to have the same options. Thanks anyway for your time and help.

Pity they don't simplify through the settings menu , not sure if you could disable using Forscan
