Possibly boost solenoid needing replaced ?

Check lever onto turbo actuator is moving and not seized or even stuck

If it’s boosting that much ,it’s over boosting ,so think it’s either actuator lever or internal fault with variable vanes in turbo sticking and the ecu is shutting down the boost to protect the engine

As above post 8 bar is equivalent to 116psi , miles too high .
