TCS -lamp always on, and ABS not working

When turning the key to ignition on , all the lamps are lightning up (unless the ABS).
After same sec all the lamps go off , exsept the TCS (Traction Controll).
The diagnotic says faulure on LB-sensor. This has been changed and votage (ca 11V) measured on the sensor wires both sides back. Have tryed to unplugg the module but can't find the way to do it.
