2019 Ford Focus sync 3

Hi. I have constant daily issues with Sync 3 system freezing. Taken back to ford dealership twice now and system is fully up to date. Tried master reset and reboot and automatic updates are off as advised. Anyone else experiencing these probs please as I would appreciate and advice .

Take it back to the dealership and insist on fixing .With you trying different things you wont be helping and could invalidate the warranty . If you do a master reset or it could erase all your presets / phones / contacts, etc.) .I have a family member who recently had all sort of problems with Sync 3 and had to return a few times before it was rectified .
