2010 Ford Focus sony dab radio turns on and off by itself

Hi.. My Sony dab radio turns itself on and off by itself after initially turning it on when I get in the car. It won't operate as normal.. Any ideas? Ford say it's not a common problem cheers

Seen that with a low battery , might be worth getting battery properly load tested .
