2011 Ford Focus sat nav

sat nav keeps saying no gps. also when I turn on the ignition it comes up on the instrument panel service oil

I believe the GPS fault is caused by faulty aerial base , could double check with Ford dealership , parts dept .The message is indicating oil service due .
