Car radio not switching on with ignition

Hello everyone, for the past couple of week ive had a wailing noise coming from the centre of my car, not sure if its related but today i went to start the car as normal. Turned over easy enough but my radio did not come on,,, just had lines through the date and time. When i do click it on it says 1 hour! As if the engine wasnt on.... Also today i opened the door with the key fob as normal and my alarm would not stop going off
