2003 Ford Focus cant unlock back door

one of my back doors wont unlock either with central locking or if i try to do it by hand. ive taken off the handle cover to have a look and its all still connected and the cables move when using the handle just cant unlock the lock. also the central locking only works from the passenger side, when i use the key in driver side it only unlocks the drivers door.

Need to strip down door trims on both doors and check / free off lock mechanisms .Sometimes a spraying with WD40 on lock mechanism and actuator solves the fault with central locking .
