I currently have a 2011 Ford Focus 1.6 Diesel saloon car. Its a cracking little motor with built in Sat Nav & blue tooth Phone. However yesterday whilst driving the car I turned on the map fuction on the unit (This just shows you a scrolling map of your current location) & I noticed that the map displayed was one of the last used Sat Nav plotted routes in manchester, Nowhere near my then current location. A small icon also came onto the screen stating that there was no GPS signal. Well I have tried everything I can think of but to no avail. Any ideas ?

Is disc installed and door shut properly on unit

On this particular unit the Sat Nav info is stored on an SD card that is inserted in a slot just above the LCD display screen. I have removed the card & replaced it back in the slot to no avail. It just says that GPS in not available !

Is it still under manufacturers warranty?I f so return it to ford dealer for checks on connections and antenna,or there maybe a software upgrade for this concern.
