2001 Ford Focus losse coolant from header tank

over heating and pushing all coolant out of header tank.
have changed the rad and cap water pump temp sender themostate drive belt have removed all hose and checked for blockages the fans work
water not circulating through rad then car overheats and water escapes through the cap on the header tank

Sounds like you have covered a lot of areas .Possibly remove the spark plugs and check for discolouration or damp unless you have done that ,as it could be a head gasket pressurising the system.or you could get it tested at a garage that has the coolant test equipment that shows up exhaust gas .
