Light blue/white smoke on start-up

My vehicle is parked up over night, Go to it in the morning, starts up up first turn of the key, after a couple of seconds dense light blue to white smoke pours from the exhaust, once going it stops! also at around 70mph loose foot off accelerator and she dies for a second until you put foot back down! any ideas!!
